Alloy is an ally of Mason. In Mason's Bubble Blast 2, Mason is targeted by Queen Peanut, a ferret, in revenge for stepping on her. She dispatches her minions, Crash, Ginsu, and Titus, after him. When they are defeated, she resorts to fighting Mason herself. Alloy can be summoned by Mason to support him in a fight.
Alloy and Alien Hominid come into contact with one another in their respective story modes. Both characters are on a personal mission involving extraterrestrial technologies. Alloy wants to find the origins of his suit, and upon discovering an Alien Hominid, tries to force answers out of him, in the event that he has knowledge about the suit. Alien Hominid is trying to gather resources to repair his spaceship. As Alloy's suit contains technology as advanced as his ship's, he locates Alloy and tries to steal his suit. Both Alloy and Alien Hominid are willing to fight each other to achieve their goals, with Alloy killing Alien Hominid in his ending.
While they are enemies in their story modes, they are allies to one another in Challenge Mode's fourth challenge, "Gun Holdup in Little Korea". Alloy and Alien Hominid are employees of a Wawa convenience store, and attack Nene to try and shut her store down.

In the fourth Newgrounds Rumble Challenge, Alloy is a representative for a competing convenience store and attacks Nene, trying to out her store out of business. Nene's Store was owned by her family for generations. While Alloy is typically shown to be compassionate towards others, he has no regard for Nene's family and is collaborating with a larger convenience store chain to intentionally stop her store from operating, even if it means attacking her.
Alloy's altruism for Newgrounds' citizens has caused him to come in conflict with P-Bot. In Alloy's story mode, P-Bot tries to take Alloy's suit for his own ends. As a protector of Newgrounds, Alloy fears that a twice as powerful P-Bot could become an oppressive ruler to Newgrounds, so he defeats him in battle before he can steal it. The two fight again in the fifth challenge, "Scrap Metal". While their opinions differ on how to protect Newgrounds, they will fight alongside one another against a bigger threat. In the first part of Piconjo's story mode, "Red is the New Color of Envy", the two ambush him to prevent his attack on Newgrounds. In the second part of Pico's story "Skins Against Scraps", the two team up against Pico and Tankman after they attempt to create an uprising against humans. For the majority of their interactions, Alloy and Samurai Asshole are hostile to one another. Samurai Asshole is trying to find who destroyed his village, and has gone on a rampage in Newgrounds. In Alloy's story, his responsibility of protecting Newgrounds arises when he encounters Samurai Asshole, who is causing destruction around the area. In the eighth Newgrounds Rumble challenge, "Who Ya Gonna Call?", Alloy has to stop Samurai Asshole from destroying Piconjo Manor, this time going so far as trying to kill him. In Samurai Asshole's story, he believes that Alloy could be the one who destroyed his village after hearing about his suit's power, and tracks him down. Regardless of their mutual antagonism, they both team up to defeat a more dangerous opponent, Convict, in the sixth challenge, "Convict at Large", when he is destroying The Portal.
