In Friday Night Funkin', Pico appears as the opponent of Week 3, simply titled "Pico." His songs are Pico, Philly Nice and Blammed. He was hired by Girlfriend's father to kill Boyfriend for humiliating him during Week 1. Upon finding Boyfriend, Pico recognizes him and decides to spare him and instead challenge him to a rap battle.
Pico later reappears in Week 7, where he saves Boyfriend and Girlfriend from Tankman and his soldiers.
