Fancy Pants Man[]
Due to Newgrounds resentment of wholesome video games, Hank was one of the people assigned to kill Fancy Pants. As Fancy Pants travels through Newgrounds, he ambushes Hank to draw out Newgrounds' leader, Pico.

Nene[]
Nene was in love with Pico, and becomes angered when she learns that Hank killed him. Hank uses her attack as an opportunity to extract information from her. After defeating her, he puts a gun to her head and forces her to tell him how to leave Newgrounds. With her life threatened, Nene explains how The Portal can be used to escape Newgrounds.
Hank considers her to be a "tart", a slang term for a woman who has had many partners.[1]

P-Bot[]
After being forced by Hank, Nene reveals that The Portal can be used to travel to any location in the Flash world. It is being protected by P-Bot, a robot that was designed to prevent low quality submissions from entering Newgrounds. Hank defeats P-Bot and uses The Portal to teleport back to Nevada.

Pico[]
Pico is the first character Hank meets after being transported to the Newgrounds world. Even though both characters never encountered one another before, Pico is immediately confrontational, drawing his guns on Hank. Hank kills Pico in their fight. Being a gun enthusiast, Hank is interested in Pico's uzis and seems to take them from Pico after killing him.
In Fancy Pants Man's story mode, he is instead working under Pico's orders with other Newgrounds heroes in an assassination attempt against Fancy Pants.
