— Pico, Pico's School
|
Pico is a character from the Pico series. He is the main protagonist in the Pico series, and the mascot of Newgrounds. He is a boy who is a skilled marksman, and has prevented a global takeover by an alien species multiple times. The notoriety of his abilities have made him the target of many attacks.
Background
The original Pico website listed Pico as being obsessive and homicidal, having insomnia, schizophrenia, and a "wannabe DJ".[1] In the year 2000,[2] Pico was one of the few survivors of a school shooting, perpetrated by a student named Cassandra. Grabbing a Gun from the janitor's closet, Pico fought back against the attackers, culminating with a final battle against Cassandra. Cassandra reveals her true form, an alien called a Penilian, and is killed by Pico.[3] Pico received recognition as a hero for taking down the monster, and was hired by the Assassin Organization to kill Big Brown Bary, who kidnapped several children and held them hostage. Pico successfully kills Bary and is rewarded by the Assassin Organization. [4] Pico, along with his friends Nene and Darnell, were chosen to test out genetically engineered students called the Überkids. Since they were created to be perfect, Pico chose Rock Paper Scissors Roulette, due to its reliance on chance. With luck on their side, the group managed to destroy the Überkids.[5] After Cassandra's death, the Penilians created a trio of androids called the Ghettobots after him in revenge.[6] In the spin-off game [1], Pico gained control of the Ghettobots and was able to protect the Earth from their attacks for a century, until his death in 2100. With his passing, the Penilians targeted the Earth again, capturing and murdering humans for their pleasure.[7]
In an alternate universe, Pico was able to peacefully talk down Cassandra and her cronies. This prevented the deaths of many and started a friendship between Pico and the Goth Kids.
He has since then starred in a variety of flashes inspired by his adventures.

Pico vs Bear
Pico is the main character in Pico vs Bear. He was hired by the The Commissioner of the Assassin Organization to stop a hostage situation. His target is Big Brown Bary, a former children's show host. As Pico confronts Big Brown Bary on his porch, the bear loads his shotgun and shoots a hostage. The two fire shots at one another, with Bary's friends Titty, Piss, and Poop, joining in the fight. After being weakened by Pico's bullets, Bary injects himself with adrenaline to increase his speed and strength. The fight continues, with Bary taking so much damage that his arms fall off. He flees inside his house, with Pico following him. Pico is stopped by Hoe-Joe, a bear cub who is possibly Bary's daughter. She drops bombs on Pico while being protected by her sentient doll, Hoe-Bear. After killing her, Pico enters the kitchen, where Bary has attached explosives to himself and is attempting a suicide bombing. Pico intercepts by shooting the sink, flooding the floor with water, and the microwave. The electricity from the microwave transfers through the water and shocks Bary, killing him in a bloody explosion. The Commissioner rewards Pico by taking him out for ice cream.
