Arbiter-The Sangheili—or “Elites” as they are known by humans—are a proud, noble race of saurian bipeds hailing from the distant world of Sanghelios. For centuries the Sangheili were the military backbone of the Covenant, a theocratic alien alliance driven to reclaim the wonders and technologies left behind by the enigmatic Forerunners. Central among these sacred relics was an array of ringworld weapons collectively known as Halo, objects that Covenant leadership promised would usher the faithful into godhood through a divine sublimation they called “the Great Journey.”
Eventually, the Covenant would be broken—in no small part thanks to the betrayal of the Sangheili at the hands of the empire’s scheming and power-hungry leadership, who were determined to let nothing stand in the way of their path to divinity. In the aftermath of the Covenant’s collapse, the Sangheili have fallen into civil war—its people unsure of which beliefs to uphold, and which heroes to exalt.
General RAAM-Massive, cunning, and superhumanly strong, General RAAM is regarded as the original super warrior of the Locust Horde—a species of reptilian humanoids. The long trail of dead human soldiers (called Gears) and devastated cities he left in his bloody wake can only prove it.
RAAM began life as all Locust do—living in the depths of the planet Sera as a common Drone. Through a mixture of guile, brutality, and genetic enhancement, he quickly became a member of the elite Theron Guard. From there, RAAM took control of the entire Locust Horde for Queen Myrrah (the human leader of the Horde). On the now-infamous Emergence Day, RAAM began his genocidal rampage across the planet Sera.
Rash-Rash is a member of the Battletoads, an elite spacefaring trio who love nothing more than brawling their way through the galaxy, taking down evil and looking sharp in the process. Impulsive Rash is the joker of the pack, very rarely seen without his distinctive shades.
Cruising the cosmos on board the Vulture with teammates Zitz and Pimple and their mentor, the irascible Professor T. Bird, he seeks any opportunity to pursue justice with a side serving of immense collateral damage.
Rash is not only comfortable with melee combat, he thrives on it. Like the other ’Toads, he can transmute parts of his body to deliver devastating Smash Hit attacks, capable of taking out everything from oversized alien rats to monstrous cyborgs. Hard experience has also granted him a mastery of support equipment including the speeder bike from the notorious Turbo Tunnel incident.
